Practising Pilates for more than a decade Shalymar became a big fan of this method and since several years she is teaching it as a certified trainer at Hayal herself.

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. 

Everybody benefits from this training and especially dancers.

In her classes Shalymar also combines Pilates exercises with Yoga techniques and elements.
